Customers shall be entitled for exchange or refund only under the following conditions.
1. The product purchased by the customer does not match the specifications, dimensions, size, wt, qty as mentioned on the web site.
2. The product purchased by the customer is damaged in anyway
In case the recieved product qualifies for return, refund , replacement as mentioned above, the customers may initiate a return request by emailing within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Email to: crm@swashindia.com along with order details, name, email, mobile and the nature of the issue.
Substantiate the issue with photographs and detailed note.
Swash on recieving Customers email, and finding it a fit case for return, replacement, exchange, refund shall do the needful and intimate the customer of its acceptance or rejection.
SWASH reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
In case the customer’s issue qualifies for return, replacement, exchang or refund , swash will have the product picked up by return courier
The return, replacement, exchange, refund can take up to 30 days to process. If customer doesn’t receive the return, replacement, exchange, refund within this time, please email us
SWASH reserves the right to change this policy from time to time without prior intimation to the Customers. Prior transactions between the Customer and Swash shall continue to be governed by policy existing at the time of the original transaction.
