Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders can be canceled before the product has been shipped.
  2. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team by email or phone and provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  3. If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  4. In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
  5. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy:

  1. We take utmost care to ensure that the products are delivered in good condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. A refund will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the product back in our warehouse.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used while placing the order.
  4. In the case of prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated to the bank account/credit card/debit card used for payment.
  5. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account via NEFT.
  6. The refund amount will include the product cost and any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order.
  7. In case of returns due to customer preference, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the product cost from the refund amount.
  8. Please note that the product should be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact for a refund to be initiated.
